ABOUT
KAD Solutions support nonprofits, community-based organizations, and social impact initiatives at various stages of development by helping them strengthen internal foundations, align programs with funder expectations, and navigate the grant process with clarity and structure. Our work recognizes that effective funding outcomes are built not only through strong proposals, but through sound systems, clear documentation, and realistic grant strategies.
We provide support across the full grant lifecycle, including readiness assessments, concept notes and full proposal development, and post-award reporting and compliance assistance. Our approach is practical and collaborative, designed to meet organizations where they are while supporting sustainable growth over time.
With experience in cross-border and resource-constrained environments, we prioritize solutions that are adaptable, transparent, and appropriate to each organization’s operating context. Whether preparing for a first grant opportunity or managing active awards, KAD Solutions offers structured support that helps organizations focus on impact while meeting funder requirements.

Saskia Amenda Paret
Principal Consultant & Managing Director
A grant writing and grants support professional working with mission-driven organizations operating in Haiti, the United States, and cross-border contexts. She holds a Grant Writer Certificate and the Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential, and works with organizations across the full grant lifecycle — from readiness and proposal development to post-award compliance and reporting support.
Her work is informed by sustained work alongside community-based and mission-driven initiatives focused on Haiti, where she has supported organizations with program documentation, donor communications, fundraising coordination, and internal systems development. This background allows her to approach grant work with a strong understanding of both donor expectations and operational realities.
Saskia leads KAD Solutions, with a focus on helping organizations build the structure, clarity, and systems needed to responsibly pursue and manage grant funding.
Saskia has supported organizations and initiatives working in:
-
Community health and health access

Her work has included coordinating fundraising and outreach efforts, supporting donor communications, and strengthening documentation and reporting practices for small and growing organizations.
Saskia’s approach is grounded in the understanding that effective grant writing depends on readiness, compliance, and internal systems, not narrative alone. Her work emphasizes:

Structured workflows supported by tracking systems
-
Professional boundaries that protect both client outcomes and institutional integrity
