Saskia Amenda Paret is an institutional strategist helping mission-driven leaders turn vision into structure, strategy, and sustainable organizational capacity.
As the Founder of KAD Solutions, she brings a systems-minded approach to organizational growth, combining grant strategy, nonprofit operations, program development, and compliance awareness to help leaders build institutions that can withstand pressure, attract support, and sustain impact.
Her work is shaped by experience with organizations operating across Haiti, the United States, and resource-constrained environments, where strong ideas often exist long before the systems needed to carry them. Saskia’s role is to help close that gap. Translating ambition into structure, scattered information into usable systems, and promising programs into funder-ready institutional frameworks.
She leads with clarity, discipline, and a deep respect for the communities her clients serve.
